I'll admit, I was skeptical about this one at first. How could a blanket possibly make a difference in my ADHD symptoms? But let me tell you, it's made a WORLD of difference. The weight of the blanket provides a feeling of comfort and security that helps me relax and fall asleep faster. Plus, it's helped me wake up feeling more rested and ready to tackle the day.   • "Dirty whites" basket: Same as the "dirty colors" basket, but for my whites.
